Hey, I'm Lakesia!
I’m Lakesia Wimberly, founder of WE ARE YEP, an HR consultant, executive advisor, and entrepreneur.
I’m also the Founder of HRA Solutions, a certified W/MBE and WOSB HR consulting, staffing, and recruiting firm where I partner with startups, scaling companies, and executive leadership teams to build compliant, people-centered, and future-ready organizations.
Through my work at HRA Solutions, I’ve supported professionals and leaders across industries — from individual contributors navigating their next move to senior leaders managing growth, change, and complex workforce decisions. I see firsthand how careers are shaped not just by talent, but by clarity, positioning, confidence, and visibility.
WE ARE YEP was built as the individual-facing extension of that work. It's a space dedicated to helping professionals lead their careers with intention before the title, promotion, or permission.
